Hi, Certainly is, though I don't speak officially for the SUMO team.. but I've been using the recent behaviour added into the .19 version, with previous functionality you can turn off autonomy over speed control, and now you can decide how you want lane changing to occur. For me, I've got intelligent agents and an institution model to govern things, this is the effect of a 'flash of headlights' being picked up by the institution, and issuing an obligation to change lane to the leading vehicle
http://people.bath.ac.uk/~vb216/flashOvertake.mp4 and what happens when no lane change! (or any other behaviour kicking in to avoid the crash) http://people.bath.ac.uk/~vb216/crash.mp4 The blue volume is a collision volume calculated by the agents, based on their speed, text above the vehicles is also retrieved from the agents mind state. The rest of the geographical/vehicle state data all comes from SUMO.
