Dear Deborah,

The exporter needs to know which shapefile-entry shall be used as an
element's ID.
If your database contains such an information, the please define it
using --shapefile.id-column <NAME> (where <NAME> is the name of the
according column). If not, use --shapefile.use-running-id. In the
second case, the ID will be a running number.
