Yes i found that later, but my problem was that VEINS (to my knowledge) is
not yet full compatible with sumo 0.19, i used this:

it worked fine. Then i tried to use sumo 0.15 again, changed in the
.net.xml file the attribute within for example a junction id="1243553",
'cont' from 0 to 1 and worked fine. I hope it isn't violating anything
that will become a problem later. What to you think ?
