Hello,
it should be possible to supply route files as stream. You will have to
supply input data 300  steps ahead of the simulation time or the simulation
will block (the value of 300 can be modified using option --route-steps).
All other files (net.xml, add.xml) must be read completely at the start of
the simulation and cannot be modified once started.
If you need more flexibility you should use TraCI instead. Another
possibility is to save the state of the simulation and start it with the
old state and slightly modified inputs (edges must be the same though).
