Hello, limiting turning speeds is currently not implemented. However, we have repeatedly talked about this in the past and are in favour of implementing it eventually (http://sumo-sim.org/trac.wsgi/ticket/1141) Until then you can do this manually: - change the speed for internal edges in the .net.xml (Yes. This is one of the rare instances where it really doesn't hurt to modify the .net.xml) - split edges with sharp turns into smaller edges (i.e. by using the <split> element) and give the edge with the sharp turn lower speed. (see http://sumo-sim.org/wiki/Networks/Building_Networks_from_own_XML-descriptions#Road_Segment_Refining, can be used even if the number of lanes doesn't change)
