Hello,
vehicles may not be created if the network connectivity prevents them from
reaching their target (no route available). However, by default duarouter
should abort with an error. When using the option --ignore-errors, there
should have been at least a warning. Try giving duarouter a trip file with
only vehicle 108 to better see what happens.
