i am getting this code in the program.

Here what does 'foes' represent? also what  does 000100100000  associated
with it really mean?

   <phase duration="31" state="GGggrrrrGGggrrrr"/>

G,g,r,y represents traffic light colors. But why is it repeatedly used
as in the above code? what does GGggrrrrGGggrrrr actually say?
