Did you also update the file
http://sumo-sim.org/trac.wsgi/browser/trunk/sumo/tools/sumolib/__init__.py ?
Regarding revision numbers. I noticed that some of these files were wrongly
tagged in the repositoy and did therefore not updated their $Id.
