Hi, I would like to see an additional option for TLS building. When I look at the file with TLS definitions that netconvert created for one of my networks, I see a lot of traffic lights with the four phases "green, yellow, green, yellow". Apparently no red light phases are needed for such junctions. One possibility would be to remove such traffic lights completely. This options seems to be possible already with "tls.discard-simple" (right?). Another option would be to have/keep red light phases in it. The latter option could be useful when some junction roads are filtered out of the network, for example because we do not want to simulate the smallest roads. Keeping the red light phases keeps the throughput and delay caused by the junction more realistic.
I am mainly interested in this last option, so I wonder whether this is possible or not. If so, could someone please explain how to do this? If it is not possible, then you may regard this as a suggestion.
