Hello,
there is currently no simple way to force vehicles onto specific lanes.
Vehicles follow a range of strategic and tactical considerations when
chosing the lane dynamically in the simulation. Possible a connection is
missing from that lane and therefore vehicles avoid using it.
If you want to set waypoints for vehicles you can input a route file like
the one generated by duarouter with edges="1 2 3" and then use the option
--repair to fill in the missing gaps between the given edges.
