Hello,
- which version of sumo are you using? Version, older than the latest
release are known to contain bugs where vehicles sometimes block the
intersection. If you are using an older version please upgrade and check
whether your problem goes away.
- if you are using the latest version of sumo, I would like to take a look
at your input files. The u-turning vehicle at video second 43 is indeed
blocked for no apparent reason.
