Hello, Please actually i'm preparing a patform simulation of cooperative network and i dont know exactly how to include or program an application within sumo for example as GLOSA application where we need to present interaction between RSU , traffic light and vehicles , please how can we present this algorithm of computing optimal speed to avoid stopping at red light into Sumo ,sorry i'm still beginner with simulator and i hope that you grasped what i mean .
