Thanks for the response. I tried to do the same tutorial for SUMO 0.21 in Windows and even I am getting the same issue. As soon as I run the script in the gui or non-gui mode. the status message shows: Starting server on port 8813 and doesn't proceed. Would be happy to know the solution to this!
