Hi,
this script does not create roundabouts it just tries to fix existing
roundabouts by setting the correct connections (which is already
obsolete, since this functionality is now in netconvert itself). As far
as I know you cannot specify roundabouts manually at the moment except
if you just set the connections and priorities for all involved
junctions individually.
