Hello, without testing your example, I'm pretty sure that setting decel="0" is violating core assumptions of the default car following model (it compares braking distances when checking for safety in car-following and overtaking). Try with the default vehicle parameters before moving to these borderline cases (you get the defaults by not setting any attributes.
