Hi,
a little bit more context would be useful (concerning the platform, sumo
version etc.) I saw something like this (vehicles not being drawn or
only at the borders of the visible area) when working via remote desktop
protocol on a windows machine, it seems that OpenGL does not like that.
Please try to update your OpenGL drivers if possible.
