Dear all, I recently tried to use the Traci function 'traci.edge.getLastStepOccupancy(edgeID)' to measure if the edge is congested. But the output of the function is a percentage, which confuses me. Anyone know what is the definition of the occupancy used in this function?
BTW, is there any other traci function that can be used to measure if an edge is congested?
