Cars on lane 2 wish to change to lane 1 after passing a junction. http://i.imgur.com/QNHOwos.png As a result they both keep waiting for each other and neither one ends up proceeding, so it causes a huge traffic jam. Anyone knows what's causing this and how to fix it?
