you can get the computed route using option --vehroute-output
or duarouter
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Demand/Shortest_or_Optimal_Path_Routing
or TraCI
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/TraCI/Change_Vehicle_State
