Did you do a clean build or did you just overwrite the source files? To me it looks like your dependencies are outdated. Please either do make distclean or simply extract the nightly snapshot in a separate dir and build there. We do nightly builds with the very same sources we offer for download so I am pretty sure they are not broken.
