I'm generating the routes in the following way:
- by hand I create the vehicle with the edges of the bus stops in the correct
order plus the stops

- then I use duarouter with --repair to generate the routes file.
When I test it with sumo (only busses for the moment) I get the error

Step #14400.00
Error: Bus stop '617' for vehicle 'BUS_20_1' on lane '-32090_0' is not
downstream the current route.

Note: the same error may have different time-stamps.
I cannot find the exact definition for the error, so I don't know how to
correct it.
I have ~300 bus stops and ~2500 busses, i cannot correct the one by one, I need
to understand how-why this happen.
