Hello, I do not remember exactly the procedure but it was inspired to these blogs. After a few tries (and some hair less) it ended up working. I managed to install the latest version (0.22).

If it is installed from source code then you can just remove the entire source and build directory. To have a second version installed you may want to install it from the source code.
