Hi Jakob, Sorry for taking this long to reply… I wasn’t hoping on using SUMO anytime soon. I tried your method (generating more trips than those needed), however, I read somewhere that there is a direct correspondence of the nodes on ns3 to the nodes on the mobility trace. I’m not sure if I’m correct, but I’m trying to accomplish the creation of a mobility trace in SUMO and exporting it in ns2 format. If the mobility trace has a direct correspondence to the nodes on the network simulator, if I run a simulation with 50 nodes and the SUMO mobility trace fails to generate mobility for nodes 10,15 and 45 for example, does that mean that the nodes 10,15 and 45 on the simulator will not move? Can you confirm that they have direct correspondence?
