Hello, typically traffic equilibrium referes to an equilibrium between alternative routes for individual drivers. You can read about it here: http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Demand/Dynamic_User_Assignment However, if you just want to run a simulation where the number of vehicles remains about the same for some time you can configure randomTrips.py to your liking:
