Hi,

I have again a question regarding the leader method of the vehicle class.

>From my understanding the position of a vehicle on a lane is measured by where
the tip of the vehicle is. By tip I mean the far most front part of the
vehicle.

When using the leader method of the vehicle call the distance to the leader is
given too. And this distance is measured from the tip of the trailing vehicle
to the very back of the leading vehicle. So to speak roughly the vehicle
length is substracted from the position of the leading vehicle.

What happens at junctions? They have a certain geographic dimension too. So if
two consecutive lanes are connected via a junction is the dimension of the
junction taken into account when calculating the distance to the leader?

Thx.
