Hello,

You have to add your program plans to an additional file .add.xml
Copy your original plans in  file.net.xml to file.add.xml and changes the 
number of programmID. You do not modified file.net.xml  (copy only and change 
programID)

How can I add signal plans to a tls ? i.e. I have different signal plans to
run through the day, How can I add those plans to the TLS definitions in
