when importing the osm file via netconvert, add the option
--plain-output-prefix yourPrefix
this will create the files
yourPrefix.nod.xml and yourPrefix.edg.xml with that data. (see
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Networks/Import/OpenStreetMap#Relationship_between_OSM_ids_and_SUMO-ids
)
