Hi,

your're right the JAR file on Sourceforge were outdated. I've fixed it
by uploading a new version couple of minutes ago.
now you can download a JAR file which is equal to the version in the
subversion repository. But i suggest to use the jar file which comes
with sumo (also nightly build) because that file is based on the svn
repository.
