Traci4Matlab exists since SUMO version 0.20.0 (TraCI API version 8). Whereas the latest version of simtram ( https://sites.google.com/site/simtramsimulator/) is based on sumo version 0.17.0 (TraCI API version 5). You will have to use the python library instead of matlab instead but I cannot tell you how thorough the TraCI support in simtram is at all. regards, Jakob
