Hi Magdalena, you can have wait steps for every vehicle in the tripinfo output http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Output/TripInfo or waiting time on edges lanes aggregated over all vehicles http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Output/Lane-_or_Edge-based_Traffic_Measures#Value_Descriptions
