Hello, there is currently now way to retrieve the index so i've opened up a ticket: http://sumo.dlr.de/trac.wsgi/ticket/1823 Until this is implemented, all you can do is monitor the position of the vehicle continuosly to know how far along it's route it is. regards, Jakob
