There is currently no way to configure this.
You will have to adapt the source code at
utils/emissions/HelpersHBEFA.h::compute()
(or utils/emissions/HelpersHBEFA3.h::compute())
However, I think the current model formulas are not tailored to negative
acceleration so you will have to come up with your own emission/consumption
values.
