Hello,
I'm trying to set up a new car type that uses a car-following model different from the default one (Krauss), but I'm having problems with it. As stated in http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Definition_of_Vehicles,_Vehicle_Types,_and_Routes#Car-Following_Models I've set up the new car type with the following .rou.xml file (just changed a couple of lines from one of the tutorials): <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <routes xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="http:// sumo.dlr.de/xsd/routes_file.xsd"> <vType accel="1.0" decel="5.0" id="Car" length="5.0" minGap="2.0" maxSpeed="50.0" sigma="0"> <carFollowing-SmartSK/> </vType> <route id="route0" edges="AtoB"/> <vehicle depart="1" id="veh0" route="route0" type="Car" /> </routes> With this route file, I get the following error: Error: no declaration found for element 'carFollowing-SmartSK' In file 'single.rou.xml' At line/column 5/25. If I use Krauss, KraussPS, BKerner, DM or Wiedemann as car-following model it works well, but not with SmartSK, Daniel1, PWagner2009 or with a new car following model I have implemented (and for which I've declared all the XML identifiers, etc). What might be happening?
