We have just released the SUMOlib4Matlab library, which is an implementation of the sumolib tool for the Matlab programming language that includes an object-oriented module for demand generation using turning ratios (through jtrrouter) or origin-destination edges (through duarouter). It also allows to define stops and busStops for traffic demand.
