Hi every one. I have tried to use the editing procedure that was described on creating new traffic light programs using sumo.However, it only works when a traffic light is already existing in the network.My problem however is that i need to create a new traffic light on the network so that i can directly control where on the intersection it should be located.This will perhaps avoid a situation whereby one traffic light controls more than one edge.In other words i want each edge to be controlled by a single traffic light.Your efforts to make this software freely available are greatly appreciated.I will appreciate further if i can kindly help me resolve this issue that has been bugging me for a while.
