I wanted to reroute vehicles before entering a lane that had accident. For example, let us say vehicle A entered lane X at step 10. And at step 12, while vehicle A is still on lane X, i changed the max speed of lane X to zero, using Traci, which stops all vehicles on the lane. Let us say Vehicles E and F are on lane Z at step 12 and were heading to lane X. How can I reroute them before entering lane X?
