This is because, we injected vehicles in the freeways based on real numbers
from Koln [http://www.autobahn.nrw.de/koeln.html].
The trip definition provided by TAPASCologne project for freeways 
was not sufficient to mimic the real world traffic. [look at Section IV and 
subsection A

coded differently, which has the road identifier where it is injected.
