I want to know more details about actuated traffic lights behavior. I
went through the article,

But this does not explain in detail the internal logic of the actuated
traffic lights. If I want to modify the default behavior, how I can do?
Simply saying, I want to write my own logic customizing the "actuated
logic"? From which source code(Place) I can start with. I want to go
through the source code and try similar one using TraCI from out side.
Please assist.
