Hello,

I check once again my network and find the second problem that I mention is
actually not a problem,
The overlapping road is actually overpass road,
Sorry for didn't check carefully first.

So the only problem I have is the irregular junction.
I try using this command only:
netconvert --sumo-net-file berlin-separated-junctions.net.xml \
--output-file berlin-joined-junctions.net.xml \ --junctions.join
But when I open the net file result it return segmentation fault error.

Do I need to define the explicit join in separates file first before using
junctions join command?
So for example if I have to join 2 intersection using .nod file and adding
in the config file?

Thank you!

Best regards,
Magdalena
