Thanks for your information. Indeed I need individual speeds for vehicles which 
travel along a specific road consisted of several edges.

 

I checked the usage of traci and found that I can get vehicle_ids and mean 
speed by TraCI/Lane Area Detector Value Retrieval. But I still need further 
information of each vehicle of them. TraCI/Vehicle Value Retrieval with 
vehicle_ids above may contribute to this but still, there are too many vehicles 
to count, which makes it a inefficient solution.



Is there some ways to directly obtain every vehicle’s speed and position along 
with a specific road?

It depends on whether you need individual speeds for all vehicles or the 
aggregated value.
For the former you will need traci or filter the netstate dump or the 
fcd output.
There is also the traceExporter which can filter by time and region.
