I suggest you do this tutorial: http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Tutorials/Hello_Sumo Then read about importing OSM: http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Networks/Import/OpenStreetMap and you should be able to get started on your simulation without using MOVE.
