Dear Azzam.

Running the traci_test2 script successfully is a bit tricky. It depends on
the previous execution of the Traci4Traffic lights example in Python to
obtain the required route file, located at
%SUMO_HOME%/docs/tutorial/traci_tls. In the next days we will improve
traci_test2 to include the routes file. For now, we encourage you to try
the latest traci4matlab version:
http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/44805-traci4matlab

It has a new example script located at
traci4matlab\examples\inter_palmas\tls_actuated\inter_palmas_actuated.m

Best Regards.
