Attached is a link to a modified version based on the latest in the SVN repository if it might be useful, changes mainly from line 120 onward. Results are printed to screen and can optionally be sent to file. Also, changed the string formatting to the str.format() style which works with Python 2.7 and 3.4 (as recommended here: https://docs.python.org/3/library/stdtypes.html#old-string-formatting).
