I have noticed since 0.24 and subsequent SVN, When using Duaiterate the command line output and stdout.log is only updated / written every 6-7 iterations or so. I can see new iteration files being created and updated in the directory but the command output does not change. I have seen this on both windows 64 bit machines I use with either dos or bash shells.
