Hello, to quote http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Output/FullOutput that describes the full-output file format: "produced XML Structure contains information about the edges, lanes, vehicles and traffic lights." I have been able to find all I needed about vehicles, edges and lanes, but I am having trouble to find anything about traffic lights.
How to obtain the traffic lights state for complete network and at any time instant?
