Hi Nuno, if you only want that certain vehicles are electric, you should use the option "--device.battery.explicit <vehID1,vehID2...>", being vehID1, vehID2, etc. the Id's of vehicles defined in the routes, which you want to make electric. With the option "probability = 1" SUMO interpret that all vehicles of the simulation are electric. If you set probability = 0.2 SUMO interpret that only 20% of vehicles are electrics, and depending of the number of vehicles of your simulation, it could happen that any vehicle are electric.
