Hi Mohammad,
I don't know whether I get your question right. If you want SUMO to
generate let's say a probability distribution for some global or local
measurement, you will need to run several (maybe several hundred)
simulations with different random seeds and make sure your simulation
actually uses randomness, see
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Randomness and estimate your
distribution from those samples.
