timeLoss is the difference between actual and minimum travel time. (Some
some new info at
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Output/TripInfo#Generated_Output). For
aggregation see
http://sumo.dlr.de/wiki/Simulation/Output/TripInfo#Aggregated_Output
