Hello, you discovered a new bug (http://sumo.dlr.de/trac.wsgi/ticket/2220): The person is waiting at the wrong position (117.39 instead of 116) and thus fails to enter the stopped vehicle. If you set the endPos of the stopping vehicle to 118 it will work.
