Dear friends and users, we are happy to announce the next release of SUMO. For this release it is our special pleasure to release the mesoscopic model MESO as part of the open source distribution of SUMO. There are many new features and fixes in this release and the most important ones are listed below.
Major feature additions: - MESO is now open for everyone.
